Our tires are susceptible to a wide range of potential hazards. From getting punctured by something sharp in the roadway to the wear associated with repeated use, they take quite a bit of wear. Fortunately, you can help decrease some of this wear and subsequently extend the life of your tires by maintaining one simple thing; tire rotations.
Tire rotations are a simple concept, really. They require you to take your vehicle into our service center at DCH Subaru of Riverside in Riverside, CA, on a semi-routine basis. A technician at our service center will then remove the tires from their current placement and "rotate" them to one of the other positions. What this does is take the tires that have been absorbing the majority of the wear (particularly the front tires) and move them to the back where they will take less. And the back tires, which are less worn, will be moved to the front.
