If you've been on the lookout for a model that is as confident in its performance as it is sporty in appearance, then the upcoming 2018 Subaru Legacy may take things down a favorable direction. With its latest iteration, the Legacy has undergone a mid-cycle refresh - capped off by a revised front and back end styling that help the model to better stand out on city street and highways alike. The 2.5-liter boxer 4-cylinder engine and available 3.6-liter 6-cylinder option carry over from the previous model, pushing the more exciting look of this latest model to great distances.

One of the biggest focuses for Subaru this time around was the suspension, braking and power steering. The automaker plans for these changes to facilitate a smoother and more controllable ride, while also working to make the cabin more comfortable through the removal of exterior noise and vibrations. While there is still more to learn about this Legacy, it'll only be a week before we can get to know more from the Chicago Auto Show.
